• Create Dependable Coverage Over Exposed Hose Jackets
The flat band presents a broad protective surface where hoses rub against frames, floors and equipment structures.
• Control Protection Through the Winding Pitch
Installers can vary the overlap to reinforce a contact zone without changing the entire hose route.
• Retrofit Protection Around Connected Lines
The open hydraulic spiral wrap is wound onto the assembly without passing over end fittings.
• Simplify inspection and localized replacement
Wear remains visible on the outer wrap, allowing damaged sections to be renewed after the hose is checked.
1. Flat Surface Design
The wide, flat profile provides uniform external coverage, helping distribute contact pressure and reduce localized wear.
2. Durable PP Material
Made from polypropylene, offering abrasion resistance, toughness and structural stability for hose protection in industrial and mobile equipment.
3. Flexible Spiral Construction
The semi-rigid spiral construction provides mechanical protection while allowing hoses to bend and move with equipment.
4. Easy Retrofit Installation
The open spiral design wraps around connected hoses without removing fittings, simplifying installation and maintenance.
5. Multi-Hose Protection
Suitable for individual hoses or compatible bundles, helping reduce direct friction against surrounding components and adjacent hoses.
6. Customizable Specifications
Available in various sizes, with options for custom spiral diameters, band thicknesses, pitch, colors and packaging to meet project requirements.

5. Grouped Hose and Cable Routes
Keeps compatible service lines organized while reducing abrasion against enclosures and adjacent components.
Select the appropriate spiral wrap size based on the maximum outside diameter of the hydraulic hose or complete bundle, ensuring a proper fit without excessive compression. Consider the routing path, bend radius and wear conditions when adjusting spiral spacing and overlap to balance protection and flexibility. Operating temperature, fluid exposure, installation clearance and equipment movement should also be evaluated to ensure suitability for the intended application.
